Joy Taylor’s Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. sea salt
8 Roma tomatoes, sliced
2 x 12” pre-baked pizza crusts
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. shredded fontina cheese
10 fresh basil leaves, dried
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and tomatoes, and allow mixture to stand for 15 minutes to create a marinade. Brush part of marinade on crusts. Add mozzarella and fontina cheeses. Then add tomatoes, basil, Parmesan, and feta cheese. Bake at 400°F until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

While in college, Taylor hosted her own radio show, The Noise, and served as station manager for WBRY Radio. She worked in sports radio for many years and served as the host of Thursday Night Live and Fantasy Football Today on CBSSports.com. She currently hosts The Joy Taylor Show on Fox Sports Radio and the popular Maybe I’m Crazy Podcast.

To safeguard against skin cancer, look for an FDA-approved sunscreen labeled as broad spectrum and SPF 15 or higher. Sunscreen products that are not broad spectrum or have an SPF of less than 15 must have a warning about the risk of skin cancer or early skin aging.
